This game won

I opened the game fine the first time. And now when i try to open it, it "quits unexpectedly" and asks about reopening windows. Im a bit frustrated and want my money back because I paid $7 for a game that I cant even play. Ive seen some other people comment on this and im wondering how this was resolved.
